Ms Rutuja Bhalekar, Acting Project Manager – Has been working with CASP since 1997 in various capacities. She completed her MSW while working with CASP. In addition she also completed Foundation course in counseling skills for helping professional and is now responsible for the efficient implementation of the programs of the unit.

Ms Smita Barve, Program Officer– Completed her B.A. in Economics. She has been working with CASP since 1993 in various capacities. She is responsible for the efficient projects implementation of the programs of the unit.

Ms Swati Raut, Manager– Completed her Masters in Computer Management. She has been working with CASP since 2013 in various capacities and is now Manager since 2014. She is responsible for the functioning and administration of the Pune Rural Unit.

Ms Manju Upadhyay, Project Director – Who is an educationist by training, has been working with CASP since 1988 in various capacities. Since 2004 she is Manager Delhi Unit. She is responsible for the functioning and administration of the Delhi Unit.

Mr Arun Shah, Accounts Manager – Completed his MBA, has been working with CASP since 2009. He is responsible for the efficient financial management of the unit.

Mr. Ashok Sharma, Project Director – He has completed masters of Social work from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi. He joined CASP-Plan Delhi in 1987 and worked right from the grass root level position of social worker and rose himself to the current position of Project Director.

He is responsible for overall project planning, development and management both for sponsorship project as well as grants projects both in rural as well as urban areas. He has imparted training to several NGO Staff members on various social issues.

Mr. Yatendra Barthwal, Grants Manager – He has completed his masters in economics. He joined CASP-Plan Delhi in 1992. He has worked as research executive both with government and NGO sector. His areas of expertise includes program planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of sponsorship and grants projects in the context of NGO sector.

Mr. Mahabir Singh, Administrative Officer – He has acquired multidisciplinary academic qualifications viz. a. viz. MSW, LLB, M. A. Economics, PG Diploma in Marketing Management, Certificate in performance Management (Washington) and Certificated in Integration (Dhaka).

He is employed with CASP-Plan Delhi since 1989 and has worked in different capacities as HRD & Training Officer, Livelihood Officer, and Purchase Officer and is currently designated as Administrative Officer who is responsible for handling matters related to personnel and administration along with logistics arrangements and procurement of good and services, requisite for the organisation.

He has been visiting faculty as trainer with Delhi Police, National Institute of Small Enterprises and Business Development (Ministry of Industries Delhi) along with NGOs in Delhi. He has been the coordinator of several global program events of International Organisations like International Federation on ageing, International longevity Centre and Plan International.

Mr. Babu Thomas, Accounts Officer – He has graduated from Mangalore University. He joined CASP Plan Delhi in Dec’1991. He is basically responsible for the financial management of the project with a view to ensure smooth functioning.

Mr. Rishipal, Program Officer – He has completed his Masters in Political Science and Bachelor degree in law. He has also accomplished Diploma in Yoga Education. He is responsible for managing sponsorship and grants projects activities in the given area.

Mr. Umesh Kumar Singh, Program Officer – He has Completed his MSW and MA Economics from Varanasi University. He has specialised himself in the innovative program, interventions and management related to Child Rights and Child Labour. He has been working in CASP-Plan Delhi Project since 1992. He joined the organisation as a social worker and was promoted to the position Program Officer in the year 1998. He is responsible for providing technical & managerial support in planning, implementing, monitoring & evaluating developmental activities.

Ms. Poonam, ICT & Sponsorship Officer – She has completed Masters in Commerce, Master in Business Administration (HR) along with certificate course in Computer Application. She joined CASP-Plan Delhi in the capacity of ICT Coordinator in the year 2008 and was promoted as ICT & Sponsorship Officer in January 2015.

She is maintaining IT assets of CASP-Plan Delhi and is also responsible for data base of sponsored children and managing effective Sponsor’s relations. She also handles communication with Plan India and National Offices for smooth functioning of Sponsorship Department.

Mr. R.P. Singh, Program Officer – He has Completed his post graduate degree in Economics. He has specialized himself in the innovative program, interventions and management related to WES Project activities (Water, Environment and Sanitation). He has been working in CASP-Plan Delhi Project since 1995. Being a Program Officer he is responsible for providing technical & managerial support in planning, implementing, monitoring & evaluating developmental activities on the given program area.

Dharamveer Sharma, Program Officer – He has Completed his graduate degree in Commerce. He has specialized himself in the innovative program, interventions and management related to SHGs, Gender Discrimination and Women Empowerment. He has been working in CASP-Plan Delhi Project since 1988.
