Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) – 28-29 June 2024

On 28-29 June 2024, we organized Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) at all educational centers and the computer training center. The objective of the meetings was to enhance communication and collaboration between teachers and parents for the holistic development of our students.

Approximately 800 beneficiaries’ parents participated in the two-day program at different time slots and venues.

The agenda for these PTM sessions was to explain the CASP vision and mission to the parents, provide an overview of their child’s progress and academic success, and discuss the importance of discipline and extracurricular activities. We addressed parental concerns regarding changes in their child’s behavior and study patterns, and explained our procedures for evaluating academic performance and monitoring progress.
